I will start my blog with the restaurant, which is perfectly suites for a cold winter time, because the idea of it comes directly from Alto Adige, the northern part of Italy. Which means snow, Alps, wooden houses, amazing warming up food and good wine. So if you had a long walk, or maybe you'v been working hard all day long and you need to fill up your energy resources, there is no better place to go then "Delicatessen : L'Alto Adige a tavola".
The story of this place comes from a wide net of a same named stores of exclusive product from the area of Alto Adige, which contains cheeses, bread, sausages, sauces etc. Then was opened the first restaurant "Delicatessen : L'Alto Adige a tavola" (nowadays, there is another one of this net, called "Rifugio Delicatessen"). The interior of the place make you feel like in a mountain chalet with all those horns, wooden walls and amazing decorations. The local is quite big, but always crowded, so is better to book in advice.
Simply ask the waiters, which is the best most national dish in the menu and they will be happy to advice. For same tastes could seems to oily some dished, don't be shy to ask use less oil to make it more light. "Must to try" is Lagrein Riserva wine.
