Al Garghet

So far it's definitely my favorite italian restaurant in Milan. Typical Lombardian kitchen here made with special care and passion. Firstly you enter the place, it appears to you like a fairy tale, with all those little cozy things, amazing decorations and cute details. Winter time it becomes a comfortable red-colored house, with thousands of Christmas lights, warming fire place in the main hall and live piano music, that makes you feel relaxed, and let you just enjoy delicious food. At the summer time the place is also amazing with huge garden, full of plants and stoned tables.

But let's come to the most attractive part - food. Keeping traditions of Lombardian kitchen, they are mixing old style with innovative variations of plate's serving and game of tastes. So you could get typical dish in a modern interpretation.
Mostly people here comes for the famous "Cotoletta alla Milanese" (here it calls "Cutuleta del Garghet"), which is really huge size and just perfect with the taste. For those who's afraid of big sizes i would recommend to taste "Taiadelin scur", a perfect pasta, made of chestnuts with taleggio cheese, bacon and dried tomatoes.

Middle prices:
  Appetizers: 12 - 18 euro
  First course: 12 - 15 euro
  Second course: 14 - 24 euro
  Desserts: 6-7 euro
