So far it's definitely my favorite italian restaurant in Milan. Typical Lombardian kitchen here made with special care and passion. Firstly you enter the place, it appears to you like a fairy tale, with all those little cozy things, amazing decorations and cute details. Winter time it becomes a comfortable red-colored house, with thousands of Christmas lights, warming fire place in the main hall and live piano music, that makes you feel relaxed, and let you just enjoy delicious food. At the summer time the place is also amazing with huge garden, full of plants and stoned tables.
Tips and tricks. Milano.

La Cantina di Manuela
Good morning, world. If you are thinking about next destination for your dinner. Try with no doubts "La cantina di Manuela" in via Procacchini 41. It's not just a restaurant but also a winery, so you can choose between a huge list of vines your favorite. The accompaniment of food will be amazing.
Local is not that chick as could be for those type of places, but being always crowded, makes the place really cozy and pleasant to stay for couple hours.
This place was noted by Michelin guide and received 2 folks and Bib Gourmand sign, which means "amazing food for reasonable prise".
Among the dishes i would absolutely recommend "Nest of tagliolini" and "Cuttle fish", which are made in particular way and worst to try. A bottle of Franciacorta always seems a good idea.

Delicatessen “L'Alto Adige a tavola”
I will start my blog with the restaurant, which is perfectly suites for a cold winter time, because the idea of it comes directly from Alto Adige, the northern part of Italy. Which means snow, Alps, wooden houses, amazing warming up food and good wine. So if you had a long walk, or maybe you'v been working hard all day long and you need to fill up your energy resources, there is no better place to go then "Delicatessen : L'Alto Adige a tavola".
The story of this place comes from a wide net of a same named stores of exclusive product from the area of Alto Adige, which contains cheeses, bread, sausages, sauces etc. Then was opened the first restaurant "Delicatessen : L'Alto Adige a tavola" (nowadays, there is another one of this net, called "Rifugio Delicatessen"). The interior of the place make you feel like in a mountain chalet with all those horns, wooden walls and amazing decorations. The local is quite big, but always crowded, so is better to book in advice.
Simply ask the waiters, which is the best most national dish in the menu and they will be happy to advice. For same tastes could seems to oily some dished, don't be shy to ask use less oil to make it more light. "Must to try" is Lagrein Riserva wine.

Just a stupid introduction... never mind :)
Hey hey hey, guys!
Let's have a little introduction before you become enjoying the world of Milan's locals. My name is Olga, and yes... I'm russian. I am enjoying good meal and like to search for the best places for dinning, having lunch or just drink you daily coffee. And I will be happy to share with you my favorite places in Milan: restaurants, locals, bars, markets... wherever you can find tasty dishes and meet up friends for a "after hardworking day" drink. So, just seat down, explore a bit my blog and make some tips where you'd like to go.
Cheers, Olga.
